LARGO, Fla., June 26 (Oh Yippee) — A Largo, Florida, tattoo shop said active-duty military members and veterans are not welcome, a policy that removes an entire customer group from Revival Tattoo Collective and has triggered public criticism of the business.

In a June 23 social media post, the shop said, “My opinion is that the military is a bunch of war criminals and law enforcement kills babies and unarmed citizens in the street.” The post also said, “Once again for the slow ones the military. Pretty simple if you are ex military or currently serving just don’t come to the shop. You will be turned away.”

A spokesperson for the shop told Fox News Digital, “Yeah I’m booked up I can’t take any clients military or civilian. Thanks for your interest on my opinion.”

Fox News identified Revival Tattoo Collective as founded by Brady Martinson and said the shop website describes him as “a tattooist and sign painter — script, blackletter, and custom typography on skin.” The reports did not indicate whether any regulator, city agency or veterans group had responded to the post.
