WASHINGTON, July 12 (DC Times Online) — Democratic strategist James Carville blasted far-left Democrats in a Friday Politicon video, saying recent primary wins by left-leaning candidates could pull the party toward a 2016-style defeat.

Carville said, ‘These people are so f—ing stupid I don’t know what to say about it,’ and told critics, ‘You are part of the problem because you’re a f—ing idiot!’ He said Democrats should not ‘fall for the allure of false prophets’ and added that ‘it’s not both parties’ faults.’

He singled out Michigan candidate Abdul El-Sayed as part of what he called Democrats ‘running against both parties.’ Carville tied that message to the 2016 election, when Donald Trump won the White House, saying the party risks repeating that result if it embraces the same approach.
